With the Curves Circuit that delivers an effective total body workout for women by working every major muscle group, 30 minutes is all you need! While many regular gym workouts for women are difficult to fit into a hectic schedule, the Curves Circuit incorporates upper body and lower body strength training exercises, cardio moves, and stretching, into an effective 30-minute workout with hydraulic resistance gym equipment specially designed for women and suitable for all fitness levels.

At Curves, we offer four specialty classes:
🥊 Boxing — Higher-intensity gym classes for women that utilize traditional boxing moves and combine cardio, strength, coordination and balance.
🏃‍♀️ Cardio — Touching on all facets of fitness, these higher-intensity gym classes cover strength, speed, cardio, coordination, agility and flexibility.
💪 Body Basics — Medium to lower-intensity strength training classes focusing on functional movements to strengthen the arms, core and legs.
🧘‍♀️ Balance — Improve your stability and create a strong core with these lower-intensity gym classes that emphasize functional movements.

But there’s more to the Curves Circuit than high-effective strength training and exercises for women — Curves is a non-judgmental environment in which classes are guided by an experienced and supportive Curves Coach.
