Esta rutina se enfoca en superconjuntos simples pero super efectivos para fortalecer tus piernas. Como resultado crecer tus glΓΊteos, tonificar los mΓΊsculos de tus piernas. Realiza esta rutina dos veces por semana.

Superconjunto: un ejercicio hecho despuΓ©s de otro con poco o sin ningΓΊn descanso entre ejercicios. Realizaras cada super conjunto 3 veces por 12 repeticiones por pierna o por movimiento.
